Summary: In 1418, a group of Italian priests use magick to trap the demon Moloch in a book, only to be released if the book is ever read aloud. In 1997 Sunnydale, the computer teacher, Ms. Calendar, is working on a project to digitally scan all the books in the library. When a new arrival, in a strange language, is scanned, Moloch is released into the computer... and into every computer connected to it. Now Buffy must face Moloch's human minions, while Giles must figure out how to exorcise a demon from the Internet.Meanwhile, Willow meets a nice boy online. His name is Malcolm.

-If they didn't want anyone to open the book, why didn't they burn it?
-Ms. Calendar. So nice to see you. TV's are the idiot box and computers are the good box.
-Ms. Calendar snark...love it!
-Willow should have thrown that "no secrets" rule thing back at Buffy once or twice.
-Oh, back in the ancient times before teens knew what "online" was. No sexting, no facebook.
-Planning to be witty by making fun of all the people that won't talk to him.
-Maybe he's on American Horror Story: Freak Show.
-Cutting. Now there's a normal teenage past time.
-Did someone already set up VampDate.com? Seems like a great way for vamps and food to meet up.
-Every time I see someone wearing a coat on this show I have to remember that "cold" is different there compared to here in New England. I've been to California multiple times during multiple seasons and the most I ever needed was a cardigan.
-Which of Xander's uncles worked as a janitor at CRD? Rory?
-Too bad they call him Malcolm instead of Joshua5 or Hal.
-Moloch could do so much more damage in today's society.
-Demon souls.
-Moloch has gone binary.
-Connected by a modem. Quaint.
-Let's give the cyber demon ideas. Brilliant.
-All serial killer files downloaded from FBI/CIA.
-Love Ms. Calendar and her portents and bone castings.
-Technopagan!

-Seems kind of silly to kill off the help at this point.
-Never imagined Giles being accused of watching too many movies. He didn't understand the Spider Man reference at the beginning.
-Moloch is like Adam Jr.
-Love Xander's glee at getting to hit someone.
-Books v computers.
-Totally get his intangible computer knowledge point. Here one second, gone the next.
-Let's face it, none of us are going to have a happy, normal relationship. We're doomed. Ha ha he. (Well, we were all warned!)
