Okay, I get the purpose of last night's episode of THE WALKING DEAD was to move pieces on the chess board to set up for next week's mid-season finale, but did it really have to be this crappy? Way, way too disjointed. Too many side stories. Should have left out everything with the fire truck gang and the bore-a-thon at the church. Why is Gabriel still alive? Same for Tara and Dr. Mullet. They bring nothing to the show.

So very disappointed to see Rick's gang back to taking their stupid pills. Good move letting the cop escape, Sasha, you dumbass! Can't believe they wasted all that airtime with her grieving over Bob. Jeez, how long were those two a couple? A week maybe? We're not talking Glen and Maggie here. His death just doesn't have that kind of impact, I'm sorry.

While I fully expected that big wuss Tyrese to be pretty useless, I was flabbergasted that Daryl went along with his boneheaded hostage exchange plan. Do these characters suffer from short term memory loss? Hello? Woodbury! Terminus! You can't blindly trust people anymore. You know Dawn's group is armed and dangerous. Hell, you experienced it first hand! I've said it before and I'll say it again. How ANY of these characters are still alive is a mystery to me. Dumb luck only carries you so far.

Much better episode of SLEEPY HOLLOW than we've seen the past several weeks. Back to fun with Moloch, Henry, and Headless (though I do wish Headless would stop being such a whiny, little bitch). Again, Katrina does her best to sabotage Team Crane. Jesus, can that dolt do anything right? Would love to hear Abbie say, "Hey, Broom Hilda! Please stop helping us! We have a hard enough time fighting evil without you botching everything!" No Hawley this week. Thank you! He's starting to give Katrina a run for her money in the Pointless Character Sweepstakes. Sadly, he'll be back next week. Liked the Gorgon, especially the scene where Crane misses seeing her, but the audience spots her. Pretty cool. Hope they take her decapitated head when they leave. Hasn't anyone seen CLASH OF THE TITANS (the nifty original, not the shitty remake)? That noggin could come in handy. Had to admit it made me laugh that even though the police are busy trying to apprehend an escaped Irving, Abby found the time to go on an extended field trip with Crane.

Thanksgiving means great food (food coma time) and the beginning of an 8 to 9 week dry spell for TV viewing :( I think we have a few shows that will do their winter finales next week and then...nada. Guess this is when I check out some shows I haven't watched. I usually overdose on Nat Geo, Discovery and HGTV.

TWD was a decent set up for next episode. I don't even bother getting pissy about any holes in the plotting like I use to because TWD 'is what it is'. I am not intensely upset with some of 'the stupid' because TWD has been doing pretty good this Season and I like that the writers are addressing how some of the characters are changing and in danger of losing their humanity/morality. My continuing bitch about the series is the Walking Dead and how they can still be walking and not DEAD dead by now. They should be dried up husks or puddles of ooze. I wonder if this is addressed in the comics. The 'stupid' from this last episode was Gabriel leaving the church :o Death wish? Great scene with the Walkers melted into the asphalt :P

HOMELAND was good and I can't wait to see who survived the explosion. I SO want to see Quinn kick major terrorist ass in the next episode. I do have to admit that I am greatly disturbed at the decision to release 5 terrorist in exchange for an ex CIA chief. Maybe I've seen too many movies but this seemed pretty damn foolish and incompetent. I like watching HOMELAND but I would be very upset if people like this actually ran the CIA.

Still loving SLEEPY HOLLOW because I adore Crane. I do worry if the writers can keep doing the mad cap plotting. It must be exhausting. I so agree that Katrina needs to go and I am not a fan of Hawley. Here's hoping the Kindred makes a showing next week.

I am definitely worried that THE MISSING is heading into the child trafficking area and possible child porn. It also looks like the mother is not such a good mother at all and had a secret agenda and a lover on the side. Guess time will tell. I am enjoying the series though despite the darkness.

POI is getting more intense. Got to love Enrico Colantoni :D

Christian Kane will be returning to TV in a new series called THE LIBRARIANS. It is based on the Noah Wylie LIBRARIAN TV movies but Wylie has very little to do with the series. I like the premise. Starts Thursday December 7th.

Oh oh....FOREVER is not doing well and may be on the chopping block :(

I want to see Christian Kane's new series, too. I watched the original Librarian yesterday and it was a lot of fun. Indiana Jones meets Romancing the Stone, with bonus Bob Newhart and Kyle Maclachlan.

I will be very sorry if they decide to cancel Forever. It's a lot of fun and Judd Hirsch is fun to see again. Miss him from Taxi days.

Elementary is not making me love it this year. Kitty is just not holding my attention, much like Truble on Grimm. They are the Dawn's of the show.

Okay, I'm confused. Everybody keeps saying how last night's episode of THE WALKING DEAD was so sad and I thought it was the funniest episode of the season. You sure aren't going to catch me shedding a tear over Beth's death. Never liked the character and I damn near did the Snoopy dance when she snuffed it. You just knew she was a goner when Michonne told Maggie she was alive in Atlanta. Should have kept her big trap shut. Have to admit I almost expected to hear Maggie say, "Who's Beth?" when Michonne gave her the news. Seriously, when was the last time she mentioned her sister? Early in season four? I'm just glad we're spared any more boring ass conversations between Beth and Dawn. Jesus, how many times did we have to hear the same damn, "I'm keeping people alive!" BS. As Spike used to say, "Sing a new tune. That one's gone stale." Unfortunately, we're probably going to have put up with a Daryl guilt trip for the rest of the season. That's going to suck big time.

Can't believe those people (save Noah) kidnapped by the police decided to stay. You're telling me someone isn't going to pick up where Dawn left off and create a new dictatorship? Yeah, right. Smart money says all of them are dead in less than six months. I'd go with the stinky, well armed newcomers in a heartbeat. Have to say I really like Rick now. No more pussy footing around with that guy. He finally decided to nut up. It's about time. Loved the cold open with Rick re-enacting DEATH RACE 2000. You should have listened to him, Officer Bob! I just think it's a shame he wasted a bullet on him. The subsequent "Shut up!" was great, though.

Gabriel demonstrated once again there's no reason why he should still be alive in the zombie apocalypse. Good Lord, can that man do anything right? He walks all the way to that school to discover that there's still some Bob left on the barbie? Then he leads all the school zombies back to the church. How the heck did those zombies not escape when the cannibal gang were having their little cookout? Maybe they were former members of Gabriel's congregation with a major axe to grind. Can't say I'd blame them.

Another tease with Morgan. Damn, that's irritating. Either bring him in to Rick's gang or cut him loose. This missing each other crap is getting old.

SISTER C I like ELEMENTARY but I tend to fall asleep at the 45 minute mark EVERY week. Not impressed with Kitty but I read that they added the character to avoid a romance between Sherlock and Watson. Trubel is just plain weird looking to me. Nick as a woman maybe? Bet she was added to get and keep a younger audience. Oh my.....another weird baby on the show?... :o

I wasn't surprised that Beth died on TWD. Robert Kirkman is just too obvious with the writing and when he concentrates on a character, fleshes them out a bit, it's goners for the character. I did like the way they filmed the death scene though. Well done and then Daryl pops Dawn one. That hospital sure was claustrophobic. I would have been itching to get out of there. Road trip time...again. I think that after witnessing the slaughter of the cannibals by Rick et al, Gabriel had to see for himself that those guys were cannibals. And hey! Gabriel's actions made sure that the group would have to move on again.

NEWSROOM is in it's 3rd and final Season. I will miss this 'talky' series and the characters. I have a few girl crushes 8-) and Olivia Munn is one of them along with Michelle Rodriguez and Maggie Smith. Olivia has been doing a wonderful job on NEWSROOM as well as my homeboy Jeff Daniels.

Started watching another original series on Netflix called THE FALL. It's produced by the BBC. It's pretty good so far and it has Mr. Grey from FIFTY SHADES OF GREY as the bad guy. No spoiler with the last statement because we learn about him about 2 minutes into the first ep.

SLEEPY HOLLOW - Oh my, I am worrying about the ratings even more. The Fall finale was a bit much and I mean confusing in a hodge podge sort of way :? NOTHING will make me NOT like Crane but I am worried about the writing. Plot holes galore. I can only hope that when the series resumes that there will some answers and some cohesion. If Henry has no will of his own, then how could he kill Mollock? Is Mollock really gone or just trapped again? Why waste Orlando Jones/Irving all Season just to kill him? Where the hell is the Kindred? The group was scrambling for weapons and forgot about tall, dark and deadly! I am hoping upon hope that Irving comes back as a vessel for the new evil because Crane and Abbie are not done as witnesses because the defeat of Mollock was just too easy. Gah!! On the bright side, yes Crane needs a motorcycle :D

I Was a bit enchanted with Season 1 of ONCE UP A TIME and I didn't mind Season 2 but Season 3? This show is a mess right now and I tend to blame the characters from FROZEN. I think I will blame the world woes on the characters from FROZEN. I swear if I hear that song again I will go nuclear! I am so happy my kids are grown because can you just imagine what will be under most Christmas trees this year? I am a sucker for animated films but I don't get the popularity of this film! Gah! I should 'just let it go' 8-) Now that I have said that, I do like Hook and Emma together but I don't think that girl is meant to have a 'happy ending.
